Ensure your items are unopened and in their original packaging; please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products.
Contact Customer Care
Email our support team within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, including a copy of your packing slip and the Return Authorization number provided by our team.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at your nearest carrier location; once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
